Our First Post

Well Hello All,

This is our first ever posting, my mummy is typing this up on my behalf because that's what mums are for, especially mine and if you are a special little girl or boy like me chances are you too will be blessed with a special someone who cares for you too.

Not too sure what we post on these things but will give you a brief rundown, I am a 4 year old little girl with a very very rare genetic disorder called CDKL5 (a Retts variant). On the 9th September 2005 I was diagnosed with this and at that time was only the 2 child in England with this nasty neurological disorder and only the 17th in the world. At present I am a little poorly with a chest infection and have not really been in the mood for Christmas. Although my big sister Amy has had a fabulous time and helped me to open up all my presents on Christmas day (which she really enjoyed doing). I will post again very soon.. Mia x
